You will also contribute to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities and long‑term category development initiatives.
What You’ll Do

* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and tenders, ensuring robust stakeholder engagement and fact‑based supplier selection.
* Provide market intelligence by monitoring supplier markets, benchmarking, and identifying new partnership opportunities.
* Drive commercial excellence through negotiations and the development and management of master agreements.
* Build and maintain strong, value‑driven partnerships with strategic suppliers.
* Prepare and present clear business cases, including financial, risk, and make‑versus‑buy analyses where required.
* Apply structured risk‑assessment frameworks and embed mitigation measures into commercial agreements.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and GxP requirements.
* Act as a role model for integrity, compliance, and UCB’s core values.

* Experience in procurement or category management within a regulated manufacturing or life‑sciences environment.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex supplier agreements.
* Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional, and multicultural environment.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
