We are currently supporting an international food company with a strong European presence in the search for a Quality & Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product compliance, food safety, and regulatory accuracy across multiple markets, while working closely with cross-functional teams on new product development and improvement projects.
Your responsibilities
* Ensure accuracy and compliance of product labelling (ingredients, claims, declarations)
* Provide regulatory and food safety expertise across product development and commercial projects
* Coordinate and perform risk assessments related to product changes, raw materials, and new launches
* Maintain and validate product specifications and quality data in internal systems
* Interpret and apply food regulations to ensure compliance across different markets
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including quality, R&D, and marketing teams
Your profile
* Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Bio-engineering, Nutrition or similar
* 2–5 years of experience within the food or FMCG industry
* Hands-on experience with product labelling and regulatory compliance
* Familiar with product specifications and data management systems (ERP/PLM)
* Good understanding of food safety principles (e.g. HACCP)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
