For one of our clients, we are looking for :
1. Inspire clients by providing professional and thorough hotel tours, highlighting the key features and benefits of our property.
2. Create offers, contracts, service orders, and invoices with precision and within deadlines.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, external partners, and suppliers, ensuring impeccable follow-up.
4. Use our sales management system to organize and optimize hotel operations (reports, space reservations, account management).
5. Meet and exceed global sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
6. Apply Dolce/Wyndham sales policies and techniques to maximize hotel occupancy.
7. Work closely with operational and accounting departments to ensure the success of events.
8. Conduct post-event debriefings with clients to evaluate satisfaction and explore future business opportunities.
