You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
* Support and coordinate QC investigations to ensure timely product release
* Collaborate with QC colleagues, QA and planning teams
* Coach analysts during deviation investigations and testing activities
* Prepare investigation reports based on root cause analysis
* Define and follow up corrective and preventive actions
* Lead multidisciplinary investigations across departments
* Represent QC in cross departmental teams and during inspections
* Support trend reporting and planning related activities
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality and efficiency
* Maintain laboratory organisation through 5S and 6S principles
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of cGMP, GMP, EH&S and local regulations
* Experience with quality systems, deviations and change control
* Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
* Technical knowledge of QC analytical methods and laboratory equipment
* Proactive and customer focused mindset
* Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
* Hands on mentality with strong attention to detail
* Ability to maintain structure in a complex environment
