About the Role
A leading global food delivery platform is seeking an Onboarding Executive to support the rapid growth of its restaurant partner network in Belgium.
In this role, you will own the critical journey between contract signature and a restaurant going live on the platform. You will be responsible for ensuring every new partner is fully set up, activated, and ready to receive orders quickly and successfully.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where accuracy, ownership, and partner experience directly shape commercial success.
What You’ll Do
* Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant partners, from technical setup to go-live
* Manage multiple activations simultaneously with strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Act as the main point of contact for new partners throughout onboarding
* Ensure restaurants are confident, informed, and ready for their first orders
* Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support pipeline progression and partner readiness
* Participate in sales discussions and provide input on onboarding feasibility
* Identify and escalate bottlenecks in activation processes and suggest improvements
* Represent the voice of the restaurant partner internally to improve the onboarding experience
What You’ll Bring
* Fluency in French and Dutch (written and spoken), with strong English communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* A structured, detail-oriented approach to operational execution
* Confidence working with internal systems and translating technical steps into simple guidance
* Strong relationship-building skills across Sales teams, partners, and stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Ability to take full ownership of tasks from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
