We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to take ownership of our financial and accounting operations. You’ll report directly to the CEO and to manage accounting activities across several companies in different countries.
This is a hybrid, highly autonomous position, ideal for someone who’s proactive, organized, and enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver P&L and financial reports for the CEO and management team. Excel is the preferred tool.
* Manage the complete accounting cycle and analytical accounting (HOLDED or similar).
* Coordinate with external accountants on monthly closings, annual reports, and audits.
* Oversee tax declarations in multiple countries (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
* Build and monitor KPIs to track financial and operational performance.
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles (digital/service sector preferred).
* Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations (Spain and/or France).
* Experience with HOLDED or similar accounting software.
* Fluency in Spanish and good command of English (French is a plus).
