* Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments and taxes.
* Track absences and update holiday entitlements.
* Reconcile payroll and invoices.
* Maintain and update employee databases and personnel files.
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Implement and enhance data reporting systems.
* Collaborate with external partners, including payroll providers (social secretary), staffing agencies (Amplo), and freelancers.
* Serve as the first point of contact for staff support, providing information on social legislation, internal procedures, rules, parental leave, payroll, etc.
* Stay updated on HR trends, labor market developments, government initiatives, labor laws, and social security changes.
* Proactively recommend optimizations within the department.
* You have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* You are fluent in both English and French/Dutch.
* You have a keen eye for detail and value data integrity.
* You are solution-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
