Job Description
As a Senior/Medior .NET Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design of our Platform. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding technical decisions and ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implementation of .NET-based solutions, with a strong focus on C# and modern development patterns.
2. Guide the adoption of Entity Framework Core and best practices in data access.
3. Drive front-end development using Blazor WebAssembly, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
4. Oversee deployment and orchestration using Kubernetes (k8s), Helm, and Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
5. Design and document system architecture using UML, Archimate, or similar frameworks.
6. Ensure high standards in testing (unit, feature, mocking) and code quality.
7. Coach and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and agile environment.
8. Act as a technical point of contact for business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
9. Coordinate and lead multiple development teams, facilitating sprint planning and technical sessions.
10. Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing clear guidance and vision for target architecture.
11. Promote innovation by exploring new technologies and maintaining a strong technical watch.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
12. Proven experience in .NET development (C#), with a strong track record in software architecture and technical leadership.
13. Deep knowledge of microservices, Entity Framework Core, and modern development patterns.
14. Hands-on experience with Blazor WebAssembly for front-end development.
15. Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts (services, pods, ingress, networking) and Helm deployments.
16. Experience with Azure cloud resources and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
17. Strong background in testing methodologies and tools.
18. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
19. Experience coaching and coordinating developer teams in an agile (Scrum) environment.
20. Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and optimizing technical solutions.
21. Structured and organized approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
