We are Batka International, a cross-border recruitment firm supporting companies across France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
We are currently supporting a fast-growing European group specialized in on-site equipment and service solutions (construction sites, events, industrial environments).
The company is expanding its presence in Belgium and is looking for a field-oriented commercial profile to support its growth.
Position Overview :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing your activity across Belgium.
The development will be carried out across Belgium, with a strong focus on Flanders.
You will take over an existing client portfolio while actively developing new business opportunities in your area.
You will spend most of your time on the road:
* visiting clients
* identifying opportunities on-site
* building strong relationships
* developing and closing deals
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the field, interacting with clients, and growing a business in a very hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
* Actively prospect new clients
* Identify opportunities directly on-site (construction sites, events, industrial clients)
* Develop your territory and expand the client base
Account Management :
* Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
* Build long-term relationships
* Upsell and develop revenue on your accounts
Field Approach :
* Understand real operational needs (e.g. construction sites, events, temporary installations)
* Propose practical and tailored solutions
* Be present on the ground on a daily basis
Performance & Reporting
* Track your activity and results
* Work with clear objectives
* Maintain CRM updates
Internal Collaboration
* Work closely with operations teams
* Ensure service quality and smooth execution
* Share field insights to improve the offer
Profile
What we are looking for
* A true field sales mindset
* Someone who enjoys being on the road and meeting clients
* A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Experience
* Ideally 2 to 8 years of experience in B2B xphnsxz field sales
* Experience in client-facing, field-based roles
Background in sectors such as:
* horeca
* distribution
* services
* technical or industrial environments
Languages :
* Dutch: mandatory
* English: professional level
* French: a plus
