Job description
The Corporate Strategy Analyst plays a keyrolebydeliveringhighquality analytical insights across a wide range ofGroup-levelstrategic projects.
Assignments typicallylast1 to 6 months,may includeinternational travel, andcovertopics such as:market and competitive assessments, portfolio strategy, operational footprint reviews, value pool analyses, and due diligence.
Keyresponsibilitiesare:
Competition & Market Analysis
4. Analyseindustry trends, market dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes to identify risks and opportunities.
5. Monitor competitor activity and prepare quarterly benchmarksfor the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
6. Strengthen the breadth, quality, and insightfulness of reports by leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools.
Strategic Analysis & Project Management
7. Structureprojects into concrete steps, follow up with teams and track progress until completion
8. Run fact‑based analyses on markets, competitors and company performance.
9. Developconcise,reliableand visually clearmaterials, and recommendations (presentations, memos, dashboards) used in leadership meetings, Executive Committee or Board discussions.
Requirements
10. 1–3 years ofrelevantexperience, such as in astrategy consultingfirm,orin housecorporate strategy/ transformation / operational excellenceteam, supported by aMaster’s degreeinFinance, Business, or Engineering.
11. Hands-onexperience in market research and industry trend analysis,includingcreationofexecutivelevel reports, dashboards, anddatadriveninsights.
12. Interest in digital and AI, witha naturalreflexto leverage AI tools to innovate, automate, and optimize workflows.
13. Strong analytical and financialcapabilities, including financial statementsinterpretationand business case modelling,with rigorousattention to detail and qualitychecking.
14. Experience coordinating cross functional projects,in fast paced, international environments.
15. Proactive,accountable,and ableto ramp up quicklywhiledeliveringhighqualityoutputs.
16. Excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels in the organization, including executive levels, with strong Englishproficiencyandopennessto beinternationallymobile.
17. Interest in industrial and manufacturing environments.
