As a Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, combining hands-on business development with the leadership responsibilities of team management. You'll build a strong network within the IT staffing industry, develop long-term client relationships, manage your own consultant portfolio, and lead a team of Business Managers toward achieving their commercial goals.You act as both a trusted partner to clients and a team leader internally, driving performance, strategy, and execution.Key responsibilitiesSales & business development:Promote and sell Dice's portfolio of servicesIdentify, target, and convert new business opportunitiesOwn and manage a personal portfolio of consultants and associated P&LAchieve and exceed individual and team Sales targetsMaintain and expand relationships with existing clientsMeet regularly with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfactionSource, screen, and match candidates to client requirementsNegotiate terms of business and candidate offersSales management & leadership:Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Managers to achieve their KPIsDefine and implement Sales strategies aligned with company objectivesMonitor and manage the full commercial pipeline, from lead generation to deal closureProvide ongoing training, support, and development to the Sales teamAnalyze team performance and identify areas for improvementSet individual targets and conduct regular performance reviewsContribute actively to Dice's go-to-market and talent engagement strategyYour profileBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of experience in business development or IT staffing/SalesInitial experience in managing a Sales team or Sales processStrong background in the IT services or tech recruitment sectorFluent in French/Dutch and EnglishProven ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and drive performanceCommercial mindset with strong negotiation skillsStructured, analytical, and goal-drivenAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhy join dice?Join a dynamic company driving innovation in the IT talent spaceTake full ownership of your market and teamEntrepreneurial and flexible company cultureCompetitive compensation with attractive commissions and leadership bonusesA strong community of consultants, clients, and industry professionalsReady to combine your Sales expertise with leadership responsibility?Apply now and lead the way at Dice.
