Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Leuven (Remote)
Daily Rate: 650 euros
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service outcomes and leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client in Leuven that is in the public sector and ensure they receive outstanding operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure reliable, high-quality delivery of IT services across the institution.
* Monitor and optimize service performance, ensuring full SLA compliance.
* Lead service improvement initiatives and promote ITIL-aligned best practices.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations.
* Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and departmental leaders to enhance service value.
Mandatory Certifications (or equivalent):
* Certified Service Delivery Manager (CSDM)
* ITIL 4 Managing Professional (ITIL MP)
