Our expertise, reliability, and customer-first mindset make us a preferred partner for enterprises seeking scalable, innovative communication services.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Sales Administrator to strengthen our collaboration with one of Belgium’s major telecommunications providers. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to both RingRing and the telco’s sales teams, ensuring efficient bid management, flawless documentation, and professional commercial materials that contribute to business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Administration & Support- Prepare, structure, and deliver professional sales presentations, commercial proposals, and offer documents.- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of CRM data and ensure all sales documentation is up to date.- Coordinate internal approvals and commercial validation processes.- Manage end-to-end bid submissions, ensuring they are compliant, timely, and aligned with customer requirements.- Maintain and develop the bid library, including templates, references, and pricing models.- Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders in close collaboration with both RingRing and Proximus sales and technical teams.Stakeholder Collaboration- Serve as the primary liaison between RingRing and Proximus sales teams for all administrative and bid-related activities.- Facilitate alignment between commercial, legal, and technical teams during offer creation and submission processes.Your Profile- At least 5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or similar roles.- Proven experience supporting large enterprise sales teams; experience in the telecom or CPaaS sector is a strong advantage.- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English – this is essential for the role.- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM tools (Pipedrive knowledge is a plus).- Affinity for technical topics and eagerness to learn.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, with a hands-on and solution-driven mindset.Join RingRing and help us shape the future of smart communication.
