As a Sales Manager for the company's Personal Care product line, you will handle general sales operations, develop new customer relationships, and manage existing ones.
You will drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives, oversee customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Sales Operations: Manage sales processes, including price indications, offers, contracts, orders, forecasts, complaints, and projects.
* Customer Relationships: Visit customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Strategic Growth: Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in collaboration with the New Business Development team.
* Supplier and Internal Collaboration: Work closely with external suppliers, traders, and internal teams such as Supply Chain and QA.
* CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate customer and product data in CRM systems.
* Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze market information to support business growth and future strategies.
* Team Leadership: Provide guidance to sales support staff, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
* Quality and Compliance: Respect ISO & QA procedures and collaborate with QA teams for product verification.
* Sales Reporting: Report on sales orders, margin calculations, and customer trends to leadership teams.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a sales or related role, ideally in the specialty ingredients industry.
* Must Have: Language proficiency in English, French, and Dutch/Flemish.
* Advanced knowledge of sales processes and operations.
* Strong commercial and managerial skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Experience in coaching and reviewing the work of other professionals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM tools.
