Customer Service Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with customers, develop your technical knowledge, and be part of a dynamic team.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to clients in the BeNeLux region. You will be the direct contact for all customer enquiries, working closely with the field sales team to inspire, acquire, and manage long-term customer relationships.
* You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product consultation, processing orders, managing complaints, and updating customer data in our IT systems (CRM/SAP).
* In project sales, you will research projects, calculate quotations, and support the implementation of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining up-to-date customer data in CRM/SAP.
* Providing product consultation and advice to customers.
* Processing customer orders and managing complaints.
* Supporting the field sales team with customer inspiration and acquisition.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
* Professional experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing company.
* Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and good French skills, with English as a must.
* Experience working with MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
