🚀We are seeking a IT PRODUCT MANAGER & PROJECT MANAGER with 4+ years of experience to join our team!
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, managing IT projects end-to-end within a high-tech environment.

🔍Technical Qualifications🔎
Education: Degree in Engineering, a technical background, or equivalent professional experience in the IT sector.
Tech-Savvy Profile (Highly Valued):
* Familiarity with Python, Angular, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and Microservices.
* Experience in cloud environments and modern software architectures.
* A "hands-on" approach to high-load technological projects.
* Prior experience within the Energy Sector is a "plus".
✨Required Experience & Skills✨
* 4+ years as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar IT-focused role.
* Proven track record of managing complex, end-to-end IT projects.
* Hands-on experience coordinating teams in Agile environments.
* Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management software.
* Exceptional ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
📌Key Objectives & Deliverables:
* Gather, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure maximum value delivery.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams using Scrum/Kanban methodologies, facilitating all ceremonies and driving continuous improvement.
* Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and validate all deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and functional alignment.
* Oversee deployments across various environments (Dev, Test, Production) and manage technical infrastructure coordination.
* Manage the full IT project lifecycle from initial definition to final delivery ensuring structured planning, tracking, and reporting.
* Identify and manage technical issues, performing impact analysis and escalating when necessary.
