About the job
Take ownership of the Wallonia & Luxembourg region as the local Account Manager, representing a premium brand in a technical BBC environment.
Your mission?
Reinforce and reactivate the existing dealer network, identify new business opportunities, and boost the brand’s presence through meaningful partnerships.
You’ll be the ambassador of the company’s products, combining commercial flair with technical credibility.
Your main responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with existing dealers, showrooms, and installers
• Identify and develop new partners across Wallonia and Luxembourg
• Support partners with product knowledge, merchandising, and sales activation
• Conduct product demos and technical training sessions
• Represent the brand at professional fairs and industry events
• Gather market insights and collaborate with Marketing & Customer Service teams
About the ideal candidate
5. ️ – years of experience in BB field sales, ideally within technical or design-related sectors (HVAC, construction, interior design, appliances…)
6. Proven track record managing dealer or reseller networks
7. Strong technical affinity — you speak the language of installers and showroom teams
8. Autonomous, structured, and proactive, you like managing your own agenda and delivering results
9. Fluent in French, with a good command of Dutch for internal communication (English is a plus)
10. Relationship-oriented with a consultative sales mindset
11. Curious, patient, and motivated by long-term growth rather than quick wins
