In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform within an organization and act as a bridge between technology and business processes, whilst communicating and implementing the vision and values.
You are the first point of contact for the Application Support Team and the Business Process Owners for all matters related to Salesforce and Bullhorn.
• You are responsible for the day-to-day management of our Salesforce/Bullhorn environment. This means you are responsible for user support, data management, and monitoring the security requirements of our CISO.
• You collaborate with our Integration Architect to find efficient solutions to achieve integrations with our own applications and customer systems in a secure and stable environment.
• You translate business issues into solutions within the Salesforce/Bullhorn platform. • You automate repetitive tasks to maximize the burden on our consultants in the offices.
• You implement the GDPR requirements of our Legal department to ensure personal data is safeguarded.
You are a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused team player.
You are highly accurate and deliver high-quality work under increased pressure.
At least 5 years of experience in application development, application support, scripting, and/or data analysis.
You hold Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Developer, Service Cloud, etc.
At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com support and proven experience implementing and automating business processes within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
Fluent knowledge of Dutch or French. Knowledge of English is a plus.
Fluent in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Windows Office, and company-specific systems.
