Function description
Project follow-up
1. Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
2. Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
3. Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles
4. Provide assistance or support to the Scrum Team concerning the Product Backlog
5. Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
6. Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes
7. Ensure consistency of backlog in Jira Project methodology
8. Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization
9. Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
10. Risk & issue management

13. Master or equivalent by experience
Certification
14. Scrum Master Certification
Required experience / knowledge
15. At least 5 years of relevant experience
Mandatory Technical experience
16. Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira)
17. Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
18. Sound knowledge of software development methodology
19. Sound knowledge of project management methodology
Mandatory Business experience
20. Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques;
21. Agile mindset and coaching experience;
22. Banking experience.
