An important company in the Cosmetics sector is looking for a Junior Production & Supply Planner.
Your Responsibilities:
* Analyze requirements for the factory working as European Hub and built a master plan to supply on time all the needs.
* Review master plan according to the factory’s RCCP.
* Plans and prepares production schedules for fabrication, instillation, and repair of industrial process.
* Draws up master/discipline schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet client forecasted master schedule.
* Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other operations.
* Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
* Daily meetings with the factory team scalating the modifications at plan due to forecast variations; being the Leader to modify the master plan schedule according to possible issues on the factory.
* Implement and maintain inventory strategies by regular review and optimization of inventory parameters and levels (e.g. reorder pt, safety stock, ABC categorization,). Set up inventory targets and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets.
* Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence. Review out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues and recommend mitigations. Utilize exception reports to identify and correct potential out of stock issues.
* Responsible for overall master data maintenance in systems associated with supply planning such as lead times, sourcing information, safety stocks, etc….
* Leader the meetings reporting the status of production with the specific HUB where the factory supplies stock.
* Ensure developing and delivery for all new products due to regulatory changes; leading internal cross department meeting ensuring the correct information fluency between all departments involved, Building and follow up milestone adherence in project development.
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years’ work experience in a similar role
* Bachelor or master's degree
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Advanced English
* Experience of using MRP planning system, SAP valuable
