🕒 We’re Hiring – Senior MES Engineer (Siemens Opcenter)

📍 Hybrid model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

We are looking for a Senior MES Engineer with strong hands-on experience on Siemens Opcenter to support critical MES projects for major pharmaceutical clients. You will be embedded in a dynamic team working across highly regulated GxP environments.
🔧 Your Role
As a Senior MES Engineer, you will:
* Act as the technical reference for Siemens Opcenter MES configuration and integration
* Translate business and process requirements into detailed technical specifications
* Configure and customize the Opcenter platform (no development from scratch)
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Automation, IT, QA, Production)
* Support system integration, testing (IQ/OQ), and validation phases
* Ensure data integrity and GMP compliance throughout all MES activities
* Manage interfaces, dependencies, and technical documentation
* Provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and training when required
* Participate in project planning and progress reviews (agile/waterfall hybrid)
🎓 Your Profile
✅ Background:
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering (non-automation profile)
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter
* Solid understanding of MES concepts and pharma manufacturing environments
✅ Technical Skills:
* Strong command of SQL (queries, scripting, data manipulation) – not architecture
* Familiarity with technologies such as .NET, C#, VB, ASP
* Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server / Oracle)
* Able to work in validated GxP environments
✅ Soft Skills & Mindset:
* Client-facing attitude, professional and composed on-site
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Self-driven, proactive, and organized
* Team-oriented, communicative, and able to work under pressure
✅ Languages:
* Fluent French & English (written and spoken)

* Willingness to travel between Wavre/Braine-l’Alleud and Lessines (3/5 days on-site)
