PSenior Mobile Product Manager (B2C Subscriptions) /ppFutureheads have exclusively partnered to help find a Senior Mobile Product Manager to own and grow iOS and Android apps – one of the biggest revenue channels and the main way their best customers interact with. They are subscriptions based so understanding of that space within mobile is a must. Big bonus points if you have also worked in e commerce witin beauty, fashion, medication or physical good subscriptions. /ppThis is not a maintenance role. You’ll be driving new mobile‑native features, improving user journeys and lifting engagement and retention, not just copying what already exists on web. /ppYou’ll work closely with engineering, design, data and architecture to ship high‑quality app experiences, backed by experiments and user insight. The app is core to long‑term customer value, not an afterthought. /ppWhat you’ll be doing /pulliSetting the product vision and roadmap for our native apps, and owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle from idea to iteration. /liliPrioritising work that improves retention, order frequency and LTV. /liliLeading mobile‑first thinking across push, navigation, personalisation, deep links, widgets, camera, etc. /liliOwning key flows in the app: onboarding, subscription journeys, conversion funnels and core repeat behaviours. /liliUsing analytics, recordings and usability research to inform UX changes. /liliActing as Product Owner for a dedicated mobile squad: stories, backlog, sprints and releases. /liliDesigning and running A/B tests and MVPs to validate ideas before rolling them out more widely. /liliPartnering with web, CRM, CX and Ops so the app experience fits into the wider customer journey. /li /ulpWhat we’re looking for /pulli6+ years in digital product, with most of that spent on native mobile apps. /liliStrong experience with B2C subscriptions, ideally for a physical or delivery‑based product. /liliSolid track record shipping native app features that have moved retention and/or LTV. /liliDeep understanding of iOS/Android capabilities and the app lifecycle (build, QA, submission, phased rollout). /liliComfortable owning app UX in partnership with design. /liliVery fluent with product analytics and experimentation. /liliGreat collaborator with engineering, design, marketing and architecture. /li /ulpYou’ll do well here if you’re a strategic builder, not just a shipper; someone who spots what mobile users need before they say it, blends instinct with data, loves customer research, and sees the app as a key driver of subscriber loyalty. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
