Mechanical Designer – Ghent
€3,000–€6,000 gross/month (DOE) + Car + Full Belgian Benefits
We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Designer to join our client's friendly, no-nonsense team in Ghent. You'll take ideas from sketch to production—drawing, updating, and improving real-world machines and assemblies.
English-speaking is fine, Dutch is a plus. Any solid 3D design experience is welcome—SolidWorks is our go-to.
Responsibilities
* Draw, update, and maintain mechanical designs
* Handle multiple projects at once
* Ensure designs are production-ready and meet all requirements
* Keep things on time and on budget
Qualifications
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
* Strong 3D CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred)
* Organized, proactive, and communicative
