To support this evolution, we are recruiting a
Digital Program Manager
to lead the three‑phase transition of from a third‑party marketplace to a hybrid eCommerce model, and ultimately to a fully integrated omnichannel ecosystem.
Role Purpose
You will oversee a high‑impact digital program introducing key capabilities such as eCommerce, order management, product information management, AI‑assisted content and ERP integrations. You will work closely across all business functions to ensure operational readiness for eCommerce and future omnichannel operations.
Partnering with internal teams and external experts in technology, logistics, design and marketing, you will manage the overall program plan, dependencies, milestones, risks and decision-making. The role requires strong program leadership, solid commercial understanding and deep experience with digital and omnichannel environments.
Role Structure
You will collaborate closely with the Director – eCommerce & Omni‑Channel, core business teams, technology partners, system integrators and UX/UI agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business objectives into clear technology and process requirements.
* Build and lead a program structure ensuring effective delivery.
* Manage all workstreams and critical paths across the digital transition.
* Align stakeholders on scope, roadmap, risks and change management.
* Oversee requirements, solution design and operational readiness.
* Maintain integrated program plans and drive governance routines.
* Identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
* Support change control, cost estimates and budget management.
* Contribute to executive steering and internal communication.
Experience & Profile
* 5–10 years leading digital transformation programs with multiple workstreams.
* Project/program management certifications are an asset.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
* Solid knowledge of digital, eCommerce and omnichannel processes and systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
