We are currently looking for a Public Tenders and Bid Cell Support to join our Sales & Marketing Department based in Zaventem and Ghent.

What will you be doing?
1. Supporting the Project Manager Public Tenders & Bid Cell in achieving all objectives
related to Public Sector processes.
2. Inputting and keeping data up-to-date in the CRM system.
3. Preparing and finalizing tender documents in line with established procedures and in
coordination with the Project Manager.
4. Collecting results of submitted tenders.
5. Formatting documents in line with requirements.
6. Creating and updating proposal templates according to the instructions of the Project
Manager in collaboration with English-speaking graphic designers.
7. Creating and updating CVs in line with the company's CVI.
8. Supporting various sales projects.
What do you bring to the table?
9. Strong communication skills in NL/EN/FR, all spoken and written.
10. Strong interest in administration or office management.
11. Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
12. Attention to detail and accuracy.
13. Eagerness to learn.
