Customer Service Representative
You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to customers experiencing breakdowns or urgent issues with their vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, assess situations, and coordinate roadside assistance. You will work closely with international colleagues in a dynamic environment to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from drivers, fleet managers, and dealers across Europe who are experiencing a breakdown or urgent issue.
* Assess situations and coordinate roadside assistance by contacting the nearest dealer or service partner.
* Keep all stakeholders informed, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
* Work closely with a team of international colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Use internal tools and systems to log cases, monitor progress, and follow up as needed.

The position offers a fixed-term permanent contract directly with Volvo, working 37.5 hours per week, spread over 7.5 hours per day. A rotating shift schedule, including night and weekend shifts every 6 to 8 weeks, allows for flexibility and variety in your work life.
