We are seeking a proactive and experienced early to mid-career events marketing professional to recruit audiences and promote our European events.

What You'll Do
Growing and diversifying event audiences across Europe.
Turn data into strategy, analyzing audience behavior and campaign performance to drive continuous optimization.
Run high-impact marketing campaigns across email, paid social and partnerships.
Collaborate with event editorial, production and commercial teams to align messaging and elevate each event's reach and relevance.
Create innovative ways to reach and engage audiences, experimenting with new channels, formats and partnerships.

What You'll Need
At least 2 years of experience in event marketing or marketing, preferably within political, policy, or media sectors.
Strong understanding of the European political landscape, policy environment, and key influencers.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency with marketing and event recruitment management tools and platforms.
