In addition to Serviceplan, the company brands Plan.Net, Make, and Mediaplus are the foundations of the House of Communication.Our media agency Mediaplus, part of our Brussels-based House of Communication (labeled Great Place to Work) is looking for a Programmatic Media Expert to join its team of around 120 employees and support the agency in serving clients such as: Argenta, ALDI, BMW, Mini, C&A, Decathlon, Abbott, Nikon, and many others.As a Programmatic Media Expert, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the programmatic strategy for the agency’s clients. This will include managing the day-to-day activities across various DSPs, monitoring, and analyzing campaign performance.Key Responsibilities- Developing programmatic advertising strategies: The programmatic media expert is responsible for creating and implementing effective programmatic advertising strategies that meet the client's advertising goals and objectives.- Managing programmatic campaigns: The programmatic media expert manages all aspects of programmatic campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting. They also ensure that campaigns are launched on time and within budget.- Data analysis and reporting: The programmatic media expert is responsible for analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and provide insights to the client. They use data analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for campaign improvements.- Collaboration: The programmatic media expert works closely with other teams within the media agency, such as account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure that programmatic campaigns are aligned with the client's overall marketing strategy.- Staying up-to-date with industry trends: The programmatic media expert keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in programmatic advertising to ensure that the agency is offering clients the most innovative and effective solutions.Requirements and Qualifications- An education in a relevant field such as marketing, communication, advertising, or other.- A first experience in a similar role, including internship experience, in an advertising/media agency environment.- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.- Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms such as demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), and ad exchanges.- Technical expertise: understanding of real-time bidding (RTB), data management platforms (DMPs), and ad servers.- Knowledge of digital advertising, including different types of ads, ad formats, and ad networks.- Communication skills: ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in campaign management.- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Problem-solving: ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently, using a data-driven approach.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing campaign goals and client needs.- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.- Capacity to work in English (knowledge of French or Dutch are a plus), and being authorized to work in Belgium.What we offer youOnboarding: welcome round, onboarding days, breakfast, or lunch for newcomers - we ensure your perfect start.Further training: your development is important to us.
