You ensure smooth daily operations, maintain a safe and well-functioning workspace, and act as a reliable partner for the management team. Your responsibilities include: Calendar & meeting management for the local management and teams Handling communication emails, phone calls, internal announcements Administrative follow-up of documents, contracts, and reports Welcoming visitors and suppliers Office & facilities management : inventory management, maintenance of meeting rooms, building & facility coordination Coordinating internal meetings, events, and team activities Acting as the on-site Prevention Advisor, supporting workplace safety, wellbeing, and regulatory compliance Being a trusted point of contact for colleagues, management and external visitors \LI-EC1 Job Requirements: Who You Are You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner You communicate professionally and warmly in Dutch and English (spoken and written). French is an asset.
