Key Responsibilities:
* Ability to lead operations team (Infrastructure & Application).
* Project Management - Working with Business and IT (BSM, AO, BAL) Operations team to implement initiatives identified as part of Operations / Delivery Excellence.
* Representing TCS in Management Committee & Steering Committee meetings.
* Implementing best practices for Operations Excellence.
* Supporting Sales / Solutions team in the RFP (Contract Renewal) process.
* Supporting Operations team in reducing P1 Incidents.
* Mapping of services with Application Metal Class.
Required skills and knowledge:
Must have:
* Should have working experience with Business and IT Operations team.
* Knowledge and understanding of Application / Infrastructure, ITIL Process.
* Ability to lead and manage Major Incidents.
* Service Delivery Management / IT Operations.
* Experience of ITIL processes managing a large team covering both IT Applications and IT Infrastructure.
* Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders including onsite/offshore model.
Good to have:
* Knowledge on IT Operations (Application & Infrastructure Support).
