Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MES Opcenter Specialist / Recipe Author with extensive expertise in Siemens Opcenter Pharma. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing MES recipes to optimize manufacturing processes in pharmaceutical environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recipe Development: Design and develop MES recipes using Siemens Opcenter Pharma to meet manufacturing requirements.
2. System Integration: Integrate MES recipes with other systems such as ERP, PLM, and shop floor equipment.
3. Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
4. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for MES recipes and related processes.
5. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of MES recipes to ensure they meet specified requirements.
6. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MES recipes, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of MES recipes.
Qualifications
1. Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Pharma MES.
2. Pharma/Vaccine Experience: Proven experience in implementing MES in pharmaceutical and vaccine plants.
3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MES recipe design, system integration, and process optimization.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience with other MES platforms.
2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
3. Knowledge of Pharma GMP documentation, change control, and validation procedures.
4. Knowledge of electronic Batch Record design.
5. Certification in Siemens Opcenter MES or related technologies.
