Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of SIA’s Team in Barcelona, Spain. As an E-Commerce and Communications Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated communications, digital marketing, and e-commerce activities to strengthen brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to commercial objectives.
You will play a key role in driving direct channel sales through targeted campaigns, managing digital content across platforms, and supporting partnerships, events, and public relations efforts that enhance the airline’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to support revenue growth on SingaporeAir.com and the mobile app, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies, including media partnerships, sponsorships, and destination collaborations to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
• Oversee content management across digital channels, including website updates, paid media campaigns, SEO, and social media, ensuring consistency and compliance with global brand standards.
• Manage public relations activities, including media relations, crisis communication support, influencer partnerships, and coordination of press releases and local PR initiatives.
• Support event planning and execution for trade fairs, customer engagement activities, and PPS events to foster customer loyalty and strengthen partner relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance, digital metrics, and customer engagement data to produce insights that support continuous improvement and strategic planning.
Requirements
• Must have the right to work and live in Barcelona, Spain.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Advantageous to be fluent in Catalan.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns is preferred.
• Exposure to event planning, digital content management, and public relations activities.
• Experience in the travel or airline industry is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online customer journeys, and digital sales funnels.
• Skilled in content creation and copywriting for online and offline marketing materials.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and develop actionable recommendations for performance improvement.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO best practices, social media management tools, and digital analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination and external agency management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaign timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain consistent messaging across channels.
