PYou will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into compelling visualizations that enable stakeholders to understand key insights, trends, and patterns. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists to develop strategic and dynamic dashboards, reports, and visual presentations that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives. /pbrul liYou design, develop, and maintain strategic and interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Power BI, Grafana or similar platforms. /li liYou create clear, insightful, and aesthetically pleasing visual representations of complex datasets to help drive decision-making. /li liYou work closely with business users (mainly with production teams across our business units to bring Industry 4.0 to life), data scientists, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations. /li liYou collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility. /li liBe the trusted partner for internal customers, understanding their needs and translating them into impactful BI (business intelligence)/RT (real-time) solutions. /li liYou understand and analyze business requirements and transform them into action points for Data Analytics team members. /li liYou analyze data and identify key insights, trends, and patterns that can be communicated visually. /li liYou assist in exploratory data analysis by producing visualizations that provide immediate clarity on large datasets. /li liYou develop and promote best practices for data visualization, ensuring consistency in the look and feel of dashboards and reports across the organization. /li /ulbrul liYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in data visualization or data analysis are considered a strong asset. /li liYou have 3–5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or related fields, with a proven track record of developing impactful visualizations that support and drive business decisions. /li liYou are proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or similar, and you have a solid understanding of SQL for data querying and extraction. You are familiar with data preparation and ETL processes, and you possess strong skills in manipulating and analyzing large datasets. /li liYou can create visually appealing, easy-to-understand visualizations and have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles as they apply to data visualization.
