Description
As a Commercial Operations Officer, you wear two hats on a daily basis.
Your first mission: managing our clients (external-facing).
You are their point of contact for everything related to invoicing: general questions, reminders for unpaid invoices, data updates, etc. You maintain an overall view of these matters and are fully responsible for them.
Your second mission: managing the orders sent by our Sales team to the Finance department (internal-facing).
Your attention to detail and accuracy will be essential You are in constant contact with Easi's Sales team and ensure that the information in the contracts is correct and complete. After this thorough verification, you enter the contracts into our internal systems.
Your goal: to be as precise as possible while following our procedures.

Responsibilities
After completing a comprehensive training provided by our top experts, you will be responsible for:
* Learning and mastering our accounting software, Adfinity
* Managing accounting and validating client invoices
* Processing orders in support of our Sales teams
* Monitoring, adjusting, and correcting sales forecasts
* Following up on purchase and sales files as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers
* Supporting Sales with the administrative processing of their files
* Analyzing the order and invoicing process
* Participating in invoicing tasks and monthly reporting
Profile
Must-have:
* 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Passionate about numbers and comfortable working with them
* Business-minded with a desire to understand how a company operates
* Service-oriented, enjoying contact with Sales teams and supporting their activities
* Detail-oriented and thorough, able to verify and process information accurately
* Able to take initiative and share ideas to improve processes
Nice-to-have:
* Knowledge of Dutch and/or English
