You’ll be the bridge between our product and our most important, complex customers—using your understanding ofb B2B marketing, sales, revenue intelligence, and GTM stack /bs to turn their needs into scalable product capabilities. /ppThis is ab customer-facing role /b: you’ll work closely with strategic customers, understand their CRMs, MAS, BI tools and broader stack, and design solutions using our product foundation. Over time, your job is to convert one-off solutions and integrations intob general-purpose, flexible, and scalable product integrations and setup options /b. /ppYou’ll alsob step into high-value deals that require product changes or custom setup /bs: work with Sales and Solutions to shape the solution using our product foundation and integrations, andb commit to a realistic roadma /bp that helps convert these opportunities while staying aligned with our long-term product direction /pp.Your success will be measured by: /pulliStrategic customer satisfaction, retention and upsell /liliImpact on high-value deals that depend on product changes or customizations /liliTime to value for customers with complex stacks or integrations /liliThe % of custom work vs what’s solved via native, flexible product capabilities /li /ulpbThis job is for you if you /b /pulliAre obsessed witbh B2B Marketing, B2B Sales, Revenue Intelligence, Sales Intelligence, GTM, RevOps, and ABM. /b /liliHave hands‑on Product Manager experience ibn B2B SaaS. /b /liliFeel comfortable talking to customers, especially in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. /liliEnjoy a fast‑scaling, occasionally chaotic environment and can operate without step‑by‑step instructions. /liliAre fluent in English (C1+), written and spoken. /liliAre happy in a fully remote setup. /li /ulpbYou might struggle here if you /b /pulliNeed very clear, stable processes before you can act. /liliDislike a fast‑paced, changing environment. /liliAre not genuinely interested in B2B marketing, sales, and revenue topics. /li /ulpbWhat Your Day‑to‑Day Work Looks Like /b /pulliTalk regularly to strategic customers to understand their goals, tech stack, processes, and constraints. /liliPartner with Sales on high‑value, complex deals that require product changes or custom setups: design the solution, validate feasibility with the dev team, and translate it into a roadmap that can scale beyond a single customer. /liliTranslate customer needs into product requirements that can scale beyond a single account. /liliWork with engineers and designers to shape solutions, using both your “Business” and “Customer” hats. /liliOwn your part of company objectives and drive initiatives that move the needle. /liliHandle feature and integration requests from customer‑facing teams and reframe them into solutions that make sense for the product. /liliTest hypotheses and prototypes with stakeholders, present new features, collect feedback, and iterate. /li /ulpbWhat We Expect You to Bring to the Table /b /pulliProduct Management experiencbe in B2B SaaS. /b /liliStrong understandinbg of B2B sales and marketing cycles, revenue intelligence, and GTM motions. /b /liliSolid experience bwith salestech and martech s /btacks and the broader B2B systems landscape (CRMs, Marketing Automation Systems, BI tools). /liliExperience working closely bwith Sales or Solutions /b teams on customer requirements, especially in deals that depend on product changes or integrations. /liliA business mindset: you understand that product exists to drive or protect revenue. /liliAbility to workwith product metrics and analytics tools and build your own views/dashboards. /liliStrong prioritization skills when strategic customer needs, sales requests, and long‑term product bets collide. /liliA growth mindset: you learn fast, go beyond your formal job description when needed, and get things done. /liliOutstanding communication and high customer empathy. /li /ulpbWhat Would Make You Even More Perfect /b /pullibGenAI expe /brience (using it daily, having applied it in business contexts, or worked with prompts / multi‑agent systems. /lilibHands‑on marketing or sales experience. /b /li /ulp Remote‑first: We believe that talent knows no borders and can be found in every corner of the globe.
