Job description
1. You manage all supplier administration worldwide, including documentation, certification, registration and data entry.
2. You handle supplier complaints, ensuring proper database management, documentation and follow-up.
3. Next to that you keep the documentation up to date, verify the completeness and check all approval flows.
4. You support the preparation of reports related to suppliers, quality issues and resolutions.
5. And you assist in updating internal procedures and work instructions to keep our quality systems running smoothly.
6. In this role, you report to the FSQA Suppliers Manager.
Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you should have:
7. At least a bachelor's degree in Office Management or in a field related to Nutrition
8. A passion for administration and a solid knowledge of MS Office tools
9. It is important that you work in a structured, organised and detail-oriented way
10. A good command of English, both written and spoken
