Job DescriptionThe scope of our mission is to reinforce a team as a right-hand Project Executive to steer complex national IT transformation programs integrating multiple public and private actors to modernize digital social governance and ensure compliance and fraud prevention. The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include: Support projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress towards objectives Coordinate the development of ongoing projects and their objectives Report on project development and objectives to management Ensure good collaboration between external partners and internal staff Support projects with rational and data-driven assessments regarding costs, quality, and timelines Identify risks Analyze risks Control risks Support projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution, ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations Deliver complex strategic programs or product developments successfully and on time The Experience We Are Actively Looking For Proven experience in executive leadership roles such as senior program manager, director, or steering committee chair Demonstrated ability to structure complex transformation and change management initiatives Solid experience implementing IT tools within large organizations and collaborating with implementation partners Track record of managing large digital transformation projects (minimum 2M€/year) Proven ability to technically lead and follow up all stages in the lifecycle of complex ICT solutions Familiarity with the Belgian social security sector is an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, and negotiation abilities Conceptual and analytical thinking, ownership, and stakeholder engagement mindset An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start) Immediate availability is preferred Check with AETHER if more impactful opportunities are relevant for your experience or objectives.
