Your Key Responsibilities:

* Lead system improvement projects across Quality, Safety, Environment, and Information Security domains.
">
* Drive certification readiness: Prepare for and lead external/internal audits; ensure compliance with key standards and customer-specific requirements.
">
* Coach and guide internal teams: Run training and awareness sessions on standards and best practices.
">
* Own process governance: Support process owners in aligning documentation, controls, and KPIs with business and compliance needs.
">
* Ensure continuous alignment with evolving standards and customer expectations.
">
* Act as audit lead: Coordinate internal assessments and self-evaluations, following up on actions and improvements.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* Solid experience with management systems (IATF, ISO standards) in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
">
* Hands-on expertise in audits, system improvements, and certification processes.
">
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and cultures.
">
* Fluency in French & English.
">
* Ability to work across two Belgian sites and travel occasionally within Europe.
