A global and internationally recognized organization is looking for a Operations Specialist to support operational processes and ensure efficient monitoring and resolution of cases within defined service levels. Your Responsibilities As a Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and closing cases while ensuring compliance with defined procedures and service level agreements. Your key tasks will include: Monitoring, updating, and responding to case inquiries within defined service levels Communicating with applicants, external partners, and internal subject matter experts to gather or provide required information Updating and maintaining accurate data within internal systems Ensuring service levels and contractual performance indicators are consistently met Tracking assigned work and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders Detecting exceptions and escalating issues when necessary Supporting cross-functional initiatives and team projects by delivering assigned tasks on time Executing standardized operational processes of varying complexity Conducting research on moderately complex issues when required Performing data validation and quality checks on system entries Ensuring all work adheres to internal policies and procedures Preparing reports and updates for management on progress and case status Robert Walters is the trading name of Robert Walters People Solutions NV. Your Profile as Operations specialist We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who is comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced international environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to review and validate data accurately Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders including internal teams and external partners Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Adaptability to new technologies, processes, and organizational changes Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with CRM systems, helpdesk or ticketing platforms Knowledge of Salesforce or Appian platforms is considered a plus Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack or Zoom Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in administration, customer support, or operational roles Experience working within an international organization or environment is an advantage What's in It for You?
