who likes variety, takes initiative and contributes to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Your missions
Sales Support
* Preparation of administrative documents
* Sales document layout
* Participation in promotional events and customer activities
Administration & Internal Management
* Customer reception
* Processing mail (paper & electronic)
* Organization and booking of travel
* Management of certificates, official documents, legal compliance and insurance
* Supplier negotiation.
* Management of offices, equipment, access and maintenance. ("Facility management")
* Miscellaneous purchases (products, services, merchandise).
* Subscription management.
* Inventory counts and reporting.
Work Context
* Frequent travel
* Work under sometimes tight deadlines, requiring rigor and resistance to stress.
* Representation of the company and interface between customers and internal teams.
* Active participation in quality procedures and proposals for continuous improvement.
* Compliance with the company's communication and ethics standards.
