For a client in the Kortrijk region, we are looking for a Process Optimization Manager. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing process innovations and further developing the process engineering team.
Lead the team of process engineers and coach them on technical and operational aspects.
Guide new product developments from initial testing to commercial production.
Ensure correct machine settings and provide clear instructions to operators for safe and high-quality production.
Analyze data and identify root causes of production loss or quality issues.
Develop and implement improvements in collaboration with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
Experience as a team leader of engineers, preferably in the food sector.
Strong people management skills: you motivate, guide, and coach your team to achieve results.
Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
