Ensure achievement of target costs (TCO) for new developments through to multi-site industrialization in collaboration with Engineering, RsD and Operations .Identify, prioritize, and lead cost-optimization initiatives (value engineering, redesign-to-cost, supplier consolidation, material/process optimization).Manage supplier relationships : technical challenge of designs, support make-or-buy analyses and lead commercial C technical negotiations.Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics) or Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.of relevant experience in industrial purchasing, sourcing projects, or cost-engineering roles.Skills : Strong knowledge of TCO, value engineering, cost modelling, and familiarity with ERP/PLMSoft Skills : Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills in a matrixLanguages : Fluent in English ; proficiency in an additional local language (FR/NL) is a
