Mission
You perform structural repairs (sheet metal & composite) during line- and light-maintenance according to the appropriate aircraft maintenance manuals. All maintenance is performed within stringent norms of tolerance and precision following established procedures and using the approved and calibrated tools and equipment, and this as per our following work scopes:
1. Line & Light Maintenance on the Airbus A320 family fleet (including A320neo)
2. Line & Light Maintenance on the Airbus A330 fleet
Tasks
Sheet metal and/or composite repairs:
3. Assessing, reporting and rectifying aircraft structural damages, modifications and sheet metal or composite related discrepancies within his upfront reported downtime and in accordance with the manufacturer approved maintenance data.
4. Executing all routine maintenance tasks in a safe and secure manner
5. Correct completion of A/C documents
6. Keeping close collaboration with the engineering department and aircraft engineers, providing them with advice and/or solutions in order to minimize downtime and cost.
7. Performing sheet metal and/or composite shop work on aircraft parts and provide the associated administration in accordance with the BA scope and EASA part 145 rules.
8. Makes sure that level of the cabin shop meets the EASA 145 requirements by guarding cleanliness, tools, equipment and stock.
9. Monitoring and following up on the state of the maintenance of the ground equipment material as well as of your working environment
Your profile
10. A3 obtained in a technical school
11. Holder of an approved Certificate indicating he followed a sheet metal and/or composite course or showing experience in sheet metal and/or composite repairs
12. Ability to approach a situation or problem in a structured, methodological and logical way
13. Proficient in English, knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus
14. Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
