This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, contributing both to operational security and long-term cybersecurity initiatives.Your roleDrive the deployment and continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies, standards and controls across European sitesIdentify, assess and mitigate cyber risks through regular risk assessments, vulnerability analyses and security auditsLead and coordinate incident response activities (investigation, containment, communication and remediation)Collaborate closely with Global Security Operations and internal IT, Infrastructure and Operations teamsContribute to major cybersecurity and regulatory initiatives, including NIS2Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices among local teamsMonitor and report on cybersecurity KPIs, incidents and compliance indicatorsManage security-related vendors and external service providersSupport the protection of industrial and OT environments in line with recognised standards (e.G.
