What you’ll do:
* Operate, set up, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
* Troubleshoot minor technical issues quickly and effectively.
* Maintain product quality according to strict standards.
* Keep your workspace clean and safe while following all safety protocols.
* Collaborate with your team leader by providing accurate production data and insights.

* Experience as an operator in a production environment or a strong willingness to learn.
* Solid technical affinity and interest in working with machines.
* Flexibility to work in a 2-shift system (morning and afternoon).
* Attention to detail and precision in your work.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
* Competitive starting wage of €17.05/hour, with potential increases after the first months.
* Shift premiums: €1.00 per hour (morning) / €1.10 per hour (afternoon).
