About the role
We're looking for a Smart Devices / Workstation Expert to join a leading digital workplace team and take ownership of smart device and Windows workstation solutions at Level 3. As a Smart Devices / Workstation Expert, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart devices and Windows workstations, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
Key responsibilities
* Administer and support smart devices (smartphones, tablets) and Windows workstations at L3 level
* Design, integrate, operate, and enhance Microsoft Intune
* Manage device lifecycle: enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and decommissioning
* Implement and enforce security and compliance policies for endpoints
* Handle complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support problem management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design
* Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices
Your profile
* 5+ years experience in Digital Workplace or Endpoint Management
* Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune
* Strong knowledge of Windows workstation management
* Experience managing iOS / iPadOS devices in an enterprise environment
* Comfortable working at L3 support level
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Fluent in English
