Mission:
The Marketing team at Beobank aims to strengthen client relationships and effectively highlight our comprehensive range of solutions. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for optimizing client integration, engagement, and satisfaction through a data-driven approach focused on the client journey. This role involves analyzing client behaviors and experiences, coordinating integrated communication flows, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the client experience and support Beobank's growth.
Your Role:
Analyze end-to-end client journeys (onboarding, usage, retention) using quantitative and qualitative data.
Design, manage, and optimize integrated communication flows (CRM, email, in-app notifications, digital content, etc.).
Collaborate closely with Sales, Data, Digital, Product, and Marketing teams to align client needs with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional projects related to client experience, ensuring stakeholder coordination.
Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to client integration, engagement, and satisfaction.
Implement a continuous improvement approach (testing, iterations, optimizations).
Ensure message consistency and overall quality of the client experience offered by Beobank.
