In this context we are looking for a:
Global Head of People Operations, Rewards, HRIS & People Analytics
Important requirements for this role:
Fluent in French and English, with a minimum level B2 in Dutch.
Experience in Payroll and/or Payroll Management is a strong asset, as this role includes leading and further developing the Payroll department and the Payroll team at group level.
Demonstrable experience in managing HR Operations, transformation projects and shared HR services within an international environment.
Your responsibilities
Leading and transforming People Operations
Define and execute the Group's People Operations strategy.
Harmonise and optimise HR processes across the different countries.
Ensure operational excellence within Payroll, HR administration and HR governance.
Leading HR reward and transformation
Develop and implement the Group's Compensation & Benefits strategy.
Build innovative reward and benefits practices that attract and retain talent.
Accelerate the digitalisation of HR through Workday and new technologies.
Developing data-driven HR capabilities
Strengthen HR Analytics, reporting and workforce planning.
Transform HR data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Leading and developing expert teams
Lead and further develop the Payroll, HR Solutions, HRIS and HR Controlling teams.
Stimulate a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
