The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks related to the business's daily operations.
* Document Management: Organize documents and reports for management meetings, ensuring timely and efficient preparation.
* Project Coordination: Monitor and manage internal projects, including the creation and implementation of action plans.
* Leasing Car Management: Oversee the management of car leasing contracts, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
* Internal Communications: Manage internal communications, organize events (meetings, seminars, etc.), and coordinate catering services.
* Visitor Reception: Greet and manage visitors, providing a positive first impression of the company.
* Travel Arrangements: Handle hotel bookings for business trips, ensuring convenient and cost-effective arrangements.
* Support Services: Act as the point of contact for ad-hoc requests from colleagues and external visitors, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Qualifications
