Your responsibilities
Implement and configure ITOM modules
Ensure data quality and consistency within the CMDB
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to integrate ITOM into the existing ecosystem
Lead business and technical workshops
Contribute to digital transformation and the optimization of IT processes
Your profile
Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM
Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and data models
Solid knowledge of network, system, and cloud environments
Ability to lead workshops and interact with various stakeholders
Languages: fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
